Ourika Valley 1 Day Excursion
The beautiful Ourika Valley lies in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. After leaving Marrakech we soon start the gentle climb into the foothills. The landscape is dramatic, green and lush dotted with interesting small traditional Berber Villages. We stop at one of these villages to take mint tea and patisseries welcomed by a friendly Berber Family.
We travel on towards the beautiful waterfalls of Setti-Fatma where you can go with a guide to view the falls or trek along the riverbank so a good pair of walking boots is advisable.
There are small shops and restaurants to visit before we begin the journey back to Marrakech.
