Daily Departure for 2 Day Excursion
This is the perfect trip for those who have a short time in Morocco and wish to take the opportunity to see the desert.
This is a shared excursion by 4×4 or minibus but can also be booked as a private tour.
We collect you from your Hotel or Riad between 7.0 and 7.30 am.
Day 1: Marrakech-The Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou-Zagora
[ There are short breaks throughout the trip for refreshments and toilets. ]
We start the tour travelling across the High Atlas Mountains and onto the Tizi Ntichka Pass the highest point of the Mountains. The first stop will be a visit to the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou after that we proceed onwards to the Draa Valley.
We then meet the camels for a 45 minute ride over the Zagora dunes to watch the beautiful sunset .We arrive later at the camp for dinner and to spend the night in the traditional Berber Tent.
Day 2
In the morning after breakfast, we ride the camels back to meet our driver. We then start the drive back through the Draa Valley and experience the panoramic view of the palms trees of Agdz. We then travel back across the spectacular Atlas Mountains to arrive in Marrakech at around 5.0- 6.0 pm.
